Today I started week 2 of The Couch-to-5K Training Plan:
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes.
Surprisingly, the jogging interval is just 90 seconds while the walking one is 2 min. I expected the running intervals to grow significantly and the running ones drop down. Anyways, it felt great and I felt I could even run more.
