I went to the track determined to run 3 miles but did only 1.5. Dave wasn’t happy with me. So was I. Fail.
Treadmill story
Gym time again. After lifting weights I decided to try the treadmill. Wow! So different from running! I was tired after the first 5 min. Feels weird. Try to attempt it next time.
Heavy duty
Back to the gym. Those weights are soooo heavy. Hard. Looking at myself in the mirror when working out. Hard.
Track misery
Tuesdays are running days. I’ve noticed a weird thing: after doing race I hate running on the track. Boring. Another thing. After watching Olympics for hours and seeing the world’s greatest atheletes regular people including me, seem so ugly. Did 2 miles.
